There is oil central heating throughout but can also be run with the heat from the log burner in the communal area and solar panels for electricity. The water comes from a large deposit that feeds the whole area and the nearby properties.
Adsubia is a beautiful village in the middle of the mountains but just a short drive to the town of Pego and all its amenities. The village is surrounded by orange groves and keeps the essence of a traditional Spanish village, but the same time, it is well connected with Gandia, Oliva, and Denia and their famous beaches. This area is perfect for hikers and people who are seeking a weekend getaway from a busy city and to be surrounded by nature.
