This is a great family home, our parents bought it, off plan and moved in, in October 1960. They raised three children here, but with just two of us left, we now find ourselves having to downsize. We are hoping to move closer to our remaining family.

It has been a lovely home, with plenty of happy memories. Our home and the local amenities (Doctors, schools and parks) have grown in size over the years. There are several play areas and walks very close by, which we enjoyed watching develop while utilising them.

This home offers such versatile living because of how much space you have downstairs. Not only does it have some good size rooms upstairs, it also offers the opportunity to extend further and add value.

At the front of this home you have a spacious entrance hall with which leads you to the duel aspect living room at the front which comes with a fireplace. The kitchen is just the other side of the wall making it a perfect opportunity to knock through and create an open plan space. However as you can see from the details there is already a dining room which is open to the kitchen, with sliding doors leading you onto the garden. Following on from here you have a another reception room which is currently set up as a study with a separate leading to an additional bedroom downstairs, with its own en suite shower room which could be perfect for anyone with elderly relatives but also gives you another toilet downstairs.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with two of them being good size doubles. The largest bedroom is at the front and is one of our personal favourite rooms in this house, not only is it a great size, but has ample space with built in storage. The third bedroom is a good size single with the family re fitted bathroom just next door. There is also the opportunity like others have done in the road with this design, to add a dormer to the master bedroom to create even more space.

The rear garden is around 40ft in size and has side access to the front you have ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles. If you are looking for a home with lots of potential and in a great location then this is not one to miss out on, we can't wait to take you on a tour.

Area Comment...
This house is in a great location, towards the end of College Road and being minutes from a parade of shops including an convenience store, post office and Aldi. Sandhurst High Street is also not far away amongst some great places to eat and drink. The home sits within many popular school catchments but is only a few minutes walk from both College Town Primary School and Sandhurst Secondary School. Within a few minutes drive you are at the popular Camberley Meadows where you have choice of both Tesco and M&S superstores. If you like the idea of having green space to walk around and a playpark for the children, then this is perfect as Sandhurst Memorial and Snaprails park just over a mile away from your door. If you are commuting there are great links to both the M3 and M4 whilst well positioned between Sandhurst and Camberley train stations.
