The technical room for the tanks houses the pressurization system that supplies drinking water to both Building A and Building B. The system consists of two pumps, a water filtration system (sand), a UV lamp, and a chlorination system (all automated). The olive grove, located in the southeastern part of the property, consists of about 360 olive trees planted in 2015, with a planting distance of 6 x 7 meters and a polyconic vase training system. The system covers an area of about 2 hectares; the varieties planted are Bosana, Semidana, and Tonda di Cagliari (all dual-purpose varieties). Productivity is strongly linked to alternate bearing, with yields ranging from 40 to 60 quintals of olives per hectare depending on cultural practices and soil management. Olive oil production ranges from 1,000 to 1,500 liters, with the possibility of producing "DOP Sardegna" and "Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Sardegna" oil upon registration and recognition of the planted areas by the respective Consortium for the Protection of DOP Sardegna Olive Oil.

The plantation is located on a sub-flat surface whose substrate consists of Pleistocene alluvial deposits varying in thickness from a few decimeters to several meters. The alluvial and colluvial deposits consist mainly of pebbles and limestone gravel cemented to various degrees by secondary limestones and clays, mixed with granitic and metamorphic materials. The system is equipped with an underground irrigation system, with a related accumulation tank and electric pump; this system also serves for the irrigation of the orchard surface (fruit tree crops), approximately 30 plants located on the north side of the property. Between the orchard and the olive grove, there is a strip of Mediterranean scrub, where several olive trees are present. Overall, the wooded area covers approximately 2.5 hectares.

The activities carried out by the company include both agricultural and non-agricultural (holiday homes and apartments) activities. Both activities have access to the aids provided for in the current programming of the PSR (Rural Development Program) 2014/2020 of the Sardinia Region. In particular, the agricultural activity has access to the respective measure 4.1 for "support for investments in agricultural companies", for the implementation of material and immaterial investments, the non-repayable contribution of which is payable at 60%, and can be increased up to 70% in the case of requests from young entrepreneurs. The non-agricultural activity falls within the circuit of activities related to the development of rural tourism (hospitality, services, and related activities). It offers the service of reception activity, which is among the activities provided for by measure 6.4.2 whose objective is, "Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting worker mobility" Focus area 6.A) "Promoting the diversification, creation, and development of small businesses as well as rural employment". The measure finances material and immaterial investments proposed by micro and small non-agricultural businesses located in rural areas that contribute to diversifying the rural economy. The mentioned aids are also provided for in the context of the future programming PAC 2023/2027, which will soon be published.

There is also an approved project for 4 new housing units, each of about 25 sqm; total volume approximately 300 cubic meters, with an attached swimming pool.
