86 Princess Street is a historic building, revamped from the ground up for the modern Manchester creative. Blending architectural features and details, painstakingly restored with top of the range digital and mechanical infrastructure, this is a space that celebrates its history and runs like a state-of-the-art 21st-century building.

We have a refurbished suite of 2,340 sq ft on the 4th floor readily available. We also have smaller fully-fitted suites accommodating 2 - 20 desks on the 1st and 5th floors within SEESAW which is our creative coworking space housed in 86 Princess Street.

There is a strong creative community within the building's existing tenants and members. With powerhouse creatives like Trunk BBI, Brandon, Dinosaur and Mfuse who also call 86 Princess Street their home.

SeeSaw itself has an established group of members, from agencies to architects, designers to charities, with a brewery and record label to boot. It’s a hive of talent, a place that creates its own Honey from its rooftop bees, has an onsite hairdresser and offers Yoga!
