The entrance level is comprised of the entrance hall, cloakroom and the master suite. The master suite has a two floor wardrobe, the bathroom has a his/her sink, indoor & outdoor shower and the bedroom has a centre room bed with sea views.
Up a split level are the living areas, including living room, double sided fireplace, dining area & kitchen - all have sea views and open out to the covered BBQ terrace - and a cloakroom.
Down a split level from the entrance are the sleeping quarters. There is a utility room and four double bedroom suites that open out to the lower level pool deck.
Down once more is the basement, comprised of the two car garage, storage room, another utility room, cinema room, kitchenette and cloakroom. There is also a large courtyard here that also provides plenty of light, throughout the year to all floors.
