An absolutely solid structure, with wooden beam floors and terracotta tiles (alternating with concrete brick floors), wooden window frames and double glazing, and terracotta-like stoneware floors, very functional and comfortable even in the case of short seasonal rentals. Air conditioning system installed in 2023.

All utilities are present. There is also a private well for the irrigation. Each apartment has an autonomous LPG-fueled heating system (with an underground tank). Waste water disposal is guaranteed by dispersion sewage. Satellite TV and Internet Wifi are present in each apartment. Air conditioning in each apartment was installed in 2023.
