Situated on a prestigious private road a stone’s throw from the iconic sands of Tenby’s South Beach, Fairway is one of only five properties that share this fantastic location. The home offers five bedrooms in the main house, with three good sized reception areas on the ground floor. In addition to the accommodation offered by the main home, there is a self-contained two bedroom annex to the rear which is currently run as a successful holiday let. For those looking for a large, flexible, property with superb proximity to both the beach and the amenities of Tenby, Fairways is an exceptional find.

There are several access points into the property with a set of double doors taking you into the central sitting/dining room. This lovely space is a wonderful area to unwind at the end of the day with a delightful focal point of a woodburning stove set in a fireplace. A door in the rear wall of the dining area leads into the sunroom, with a door to the left opening to the kitchen and a door to the right leading through to the living room. The living room is a bright and airy room with excellent space for a range of sofas and chairs and enjoys a dual aspect to the front and side. To the rear of the living room a door opens to the rear hall/ study area. This flexible space also opens into the sunroom and has a door to the ground floor cloakroom. At the opposite end of the ground floor, you find the recently renovated kitchen which offers a great family space and includes a breakfast bar for informal dining. Between the kitchen and the sitting / dining room you find a small hallway which contains the staircase up to the first floor.

The first floor of the home contains five double bedrooms, four of which are ensuite. The three bedrooms at the front of the home all enjoy great views over the neighbouring Tenby Golf course, which gives the property its name. The bedrooms offer an excellent range of accommodation for a large, or multi-generational, family or someone who loves to entertain.

To the rear of the main house, you find another great selling point to Fairway; the self-contained annex. Currently used as a successful holiday let this two bedroom property has proved popular with guests due to its great finish and superb location. A buyer could either continue this profitable income stream or potentially use it as overflow accommodation to the main house or for extended family.

Fairway is situated moment from Tenby’s famous South Beach. This mile long expanse of sand is one of the finest beaches in Pembrokeshire and would be a joy to have literally at your front door. The lane in front of the property takes you directly to the beach and connects to numerous footpaths and the Iconic Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The restaurants, shops, and amenities found at the centre of Tenby are a short walk away from the property with the award winning Tenby Golf Course and its newly renovated restaurant a stones throw from the home.

For a buyer looking to combine exceptional accommodation, an income stream, and a superb position Fairway offers a fantastic proposition. The chance to own such a substantial home, with ample parking in this unbeatable location is a very rare opportunity.
