Attic:
The attic has lots of space that could be turned into extra accommodation if the new owner so wished. The roof rafters and beams appear to be original from when the property was first built.
Exterior:
At the side of the property are wrought-iron double gates that once allowed coach and horses into the courtyard. Here the area has been paved and there is plenty of space for off-road parking. There are numerous stone constructed store rooms, one of which adjoins the kitchen which houses the smoker oven. Opposite are further storage rooms, a workshop and animal shelters. In the centre of the rear area is a BBQ terrace, open barn, above ground pool and a circular terrace by the large well that formerly supplied water for the house. Just past the well is a gate to the gently sloping land. Here you will also find an area that was used as a kitchen garden, flanked by a bamboo hedge. The land at the rear would suit livestock.
