This property is found just outside Barga and was restored in 2009. Our agency followed the restoration and has contacts with all the professionals involved. The house is approached by all tarmac roads.
The two sisters took an apartment, and restored with very good companies who work well. The lower apartment has two bedrooms and a very large living room with dining room and kitchen incorporated. There is also a wood.burning fireplace in the main room. The bathrooms have luxury rain showers.

The upstairs apartment has Velux, skylight windows giving extra light. The floors are terracotta in this apartment and there are beams in the roof on show. The sitting room is dual aspect and the bedrooms have nice features showing the stone at times were attractive. This has a wood burning stove as a feature.

The land is excellent for a pool as it is mainly flat and can be made very private by the existing trees as well as planting a couple more bushes.

The great thing about this house is that it is so close to shops, a bar, a pizzeria and even the station is only 20 minutes walk away.

When the works were done, all the windows were replaced with double glazing. The entire wiring and plumbing were replaced and so are certified.
