Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I'm really surprised how quiet and peaceful it is here, there's also a good range of shops around and you're not far at all from the city centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've had an issue with my heater and it was seen to straight away

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how community focused the building was it took me by surprise, everyone living here are great

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One of the best aspects of living around Princes Dock is the balance between peaceful waterfront living and easy access to the city centre. The area feels modern, clean, and less crowded than central Liverpool

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've not had any problems so far, but I'd imagine it'd be sorted straight away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I previously lived in the centre, wish I'd discovered this building sooner as the location is perfect and not to crowded

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best part of living in Lighthaus is that everything is walking distance and you get the best of Liverpool City Centre without being in a rush area. Being located at Princess Dock means you get the best views and is very quiet. Even though there’s the Strand avenue in the back of the building (where my flat is facing), you can barely hear anything. The only busy time on the street is when there’s match on Hill Dickinson Stadium, and it might be once a month if anything, but only for a few hours and I’ve never seen any anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It was March when I moved in and I was the very first tenant on my studio. Everything was in order and I’ve never had any issues, but the staff is very friendly and is always willing to help if needed. The only thing is the bin chute being blocked sometimes, but the staff is always sending reminders about how to use it in order to keep it functional, but unfortunately it seems like not every tenant respects it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, I was looking for a studio close to city centre but quiet, with parking available, with gym, where I didn’t have to share laundry facilities. After looking at many other apartment complexes in the area, Lighthaus was the only one who ticked all the boxes. I’m sure that pretty soon they will be Top 1 in the rank, Lighthaus is far superior that any other building in Liverpool.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is super lovely, the water is beautiful and so blue on a sunny day. I love going for walks around the docks and it's close to alot of museums and restaurants like matou and bus yard. We have wyld sauna just outside which was nice to go to whilst the sun has been out. I'm really enjoying living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Amazing, very responsive and quick to start a solution then and there

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was worried about only local or express shops being nearby, however they actually have everything I need! I can also order grocery shopping and have it come right to my door step

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has a great mix of shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars all within easy walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. There are lovely waterfront walks and open spaces nearby which give the area a relaxed feel despite being close to the city centre. Transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses, trains, and main roads, making commuting simple. The street itself feels quiet, clean, and well maintained, with convenient nearby parking and very little traffic noise, creating a peaceful and comfortable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

he building management team have been helpful, responsive, and quick to deal with any issues raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, it would have been great to know just how peaceful and quiet the development feels despite being so central. The location is even better than expected, with everything within easy walking distance including shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. It’s also worth knowing how convenient transport links are, making it simple to get around the city. The building itself feels modern, secure, and well maintained, which adds to the overall comfort and ease of living here.
