The accommodation briefly comprises of entrance hall, cloakroom, spacious living room, and a kitchen/diner. On the first floor there is the main double bedroom with en-suite, two further bedrooms and family bathroom and a further double bedroom on the third floor. The property further benefits from gas heating, double glazing, garage, driveway and enclosed rear garden. Viewing is strongly recommended.

Situation - A cul-de-sac going out on favoured Lacock and northern side of our bustling market town Melksham and the town centre, with its array of shops, excellent independent eateries, swimming pool and gym. You’ll find supermarkets including Asda, Aldi, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s just down the road from the property, making light work of the weekly food shop. There are also lots of things to do to keep the younger family members occupied, from the Boomerang Soft Play Centre to King George V outdoor playground, where you can feed the ducks and walk along the river. Relaxing countryside and riverside strolls are right on your doorstep, along with a variety of lovely villages with country pubs and scenic driving routes on the outskirts of the town. A particular favourite of ours is Lacock, a stunning National Trust village where a variety of TV series - and Harry Potter scenes - have been filmed in past years. With a garden centre, cosy tearooms and nature walks, it’s a fantastic day out.
Transport: Melksham is well-placed for multiple bus routes, including the X71, 271, 272 and 273 connecting the village to Bath. The X69 service will take you to Frome, and Marlborough can be reached by using the X76 service. Melksham Railway Station is a small station with regular direct routes to Swindon and Westbury, situated only a five-minute drive from Bowmans Court. Commuting into London by train is easy - just hop on a train from here to Chippenham, and board another train to reach Paddington in 90 minutes. And for those all-important holiday plans, Bristol Airport is an hour’s drive away.
Schools: For younger children, River Mead School and Nursery is just a 10-minute walk away from Bowmans Court, and Aloeric Primary School is five minutes away by car. Both are rated Good by Ofsted. The Manor School is also just over 10 minutes away on foot, so there are plenty of education options in the area for primary-aged children.

Industry affiliations:
Welcome to Lock & Key Estate Agents

Lock & Key estate agents was founded in 2006 and we have remained one of the areas leading estate agents in Melksham and the surrounding villages specialising in residential sales.

Our approach to selling property in Melksham derives from a passion for service and putting our clients' needs first. I decided to create a revolutionary estate agency business, and started from scratch, avoiding all the legacy issues of a traditional estate agency business.

Understanding it was time to develop a brand new service around the needs of busy people in the 21st century, without compromising on the dedication to customer care and service that people expected. Using the latest developments in technology,

I soon realised there was a more convenient way for our customers to interact with us without losing the human touch. That is why at Lock & Key we staff our business with the brightest people in the industry and empower our 'local property experts', to put the needs of our customers first.

By building our business on the quality of service in the most reliable way possible, we are changing people's property habits with the wonderful convenience of being able to get the service you should expect, when you want it.
