A secure gated entrance leads to the communal driveway and the property, which has a shingle driveway providing ample parking. Lawned gardens wrap around the lodge, with steps leading to the front-facing veranda.

Entering the lodge, you step into a hall with exposed wood flooring and walls. A storage cupboard is on the right, with doors leading to all other rooms. The Great Outdoors:
The property includes a private veranda at the front. The park covers some 20 acres and includes five fishing lakes. The park describes its lakes as beautiful and peaceful, with a reputation for producing powerful fish. The lakes include one main lake and four smaller ones, covering about 7 acres of water in total. They are well-stocked with coarse fish, and four of the lakes have carp over 20 lbs. The smaller island lake, closest to the cabins, also has a variety of smaller fish, making it ideal for younger visitors.

Frettenham is located just off the B1150 Norwich to North Walsham Road, midway between the well-served centers of Spixworth and Coltishall. Norwich city center is approximately 6 miles to the southwest.
