Directions
From Maryport head South on the A596 towards Workington. After 2 miles, you will enter Flimby. The site is located on the left-hand side of Station Road, just passed Risehow Industrial Estate.

From Workington head North on the A596 towards Maryport, after 4 miles you will enter Flimby. Go passed the right hand turning for Rye Hill Road and the site is located on the right, just before Risehow Industrial Estate.
