Nero Beach House sits in an unmatched position directly on Kalamaki Beach, with the garden gate leading straight out onto an incredibly long sandy beach. The property also benefits from wonderful views across the sea towards the mountains of Albania.
The villa was constructed in 2019 and has been finished to a high standard. It is cleverly designed to create spacious and comfortable living while retaining the beach house vibe.
Externally, a covered terrace with a seating area provides ample space and shade to relax and enjoy the views. 
To the villa's right is a superb al fresco dining area and outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, work surfaces and a built-in barbecue.
A large swimming pool, with a separate jacuzzi and terracing, creates an ideal sunbathing space. The pool sits within attractive gardens and is surrounded by a lawn leading down to the beach.
On the ground floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms, a generous open-plan sitting / dining area, and a modern kitchen. This area has French windows to capture the views and provide seamless access to the outdoor terraces.
Upstairs, there are two en-suite bedrooms, one twin and one double, both of which have access to a balcony with wonderful views.
On the lower ground floor are two twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and a large media room.
