Carmunnock is the last remaining rural village within the city boundary of Glasgow. Directions
From our office on Ayr Road, Newton Mearns travel southbound to Eastwood Toll and take the third exit on the right onto the A727 Eastwoodmains Road. Proceed along the A727 and continue to Clarkston Toll, continue onwards to Busby Road. On reaching the Sheddens roundabout, bear left onto the A727 Busby Road and continue through the village of Busby, going under the bridge and proceed onwards out on to the A727 East Kilbride Road, continue to the Peel Road roundabout. Turn left onto the B766 Carmunnock bypass and turn first right onto Waterside Road. Proceed onwards and Waterside Cottage is on the right hand side.
