This house has been my home for 7 happy years. The estate is in a great location and within walking distance of shops, pubs and Chester city centre. There is great access to motorway links so commuting is easy. The three storey design was the appeal for me when I first viewed the property. The top floor master bedroom has a huge walk in wardrobe and en-suite, and is a lovely space. The garden benefits from all day sunshine so you can sit out and enjoy the late evening sun. The house has been pet and smoking free and is warm and economical to heat. It also has electric to the shed so it can be made into a little man cave. Green Howard’s Road is quiet and supported by lovely neighbours. We will be looking to stay on the estate as it’s a great place to live.
