Description

This beautifully presented and extended cottage is enviably positioned within a stones throw of the beach and yet nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the village.

This cherished property has had significant updating over the years, has recently had a repaint through the majority of the rooms, has had a stylishly updated and remodelled kitchen and ground floor shower room, has a first floor bathroom with a white suite, double glazing and oil fired central heating with a boiler replacement and main roof having been retiled within the current ownership. The current owners have also had a Clearview wood burning stove fitted in the lounge fireplace.

The property offers sea and coastal views from one side of the courtyard garden and there are phenomenal sea and coastal views from one of the double bedrooms located at the rear of the property, looking towards Carne Beach and across to Gull Rock and Nare Head.

Hallway, lounge, dining room that opens to the kitchen, cloakroom/ Shower room. First floor landing, master bedroom, second bedroom with space for bunk beds and also giving access to the third double/ twin bedroom. In our opinion there is scope to create a separate access to the third bedroom if required through the family bathroom, subject to confirmation by a builder. Family bathroom.

Courtyard garden with garden store. Ideal holiday home with great income potential or permanent home in the heart of the village.
