This pretty, stone built villa in two parts is tucked away in a secluded spot and has been cleverly designed to maximise the fabulous views. With a totally uninterrupted vista out to sea, and no other visible houses or electricity cables, the views take in the Albanian mountains, the Greek mainland and across to Corfu town - they really are superb.

A driveway leads from a secondary road down to a parking area, and from there two sets of paved steps take you down to the two parts of the villa.

To the North of the Pool

The covered front door opens into a bright and spacious sitting room, with high traditional exposed beam ceilings and balcony windows looking out across the garden to the sea views. The kitchen is to one side, with doors leading out to the shaded terrace and pool. There is a useful walk in storage cupboard next to the kitchen.

At the other side of the house are additional storage cupboards, two bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room and sea views. Both have patio windows opening onto the terrace.

To the South of the Pool

This villa compliments the other villa in external features but is totally different in layout.

The ground floor has an open plan living room and kitchen opening onto the garden and pool area.
A large double bedroom with a luxurious walk-through wardrobe and en-suite bathroom is also on this level with its own private garden.

A flight of stairs from the living room leads up to the first floor where there is another spacious reception room or study, which could easily be used as a second bedroom with the addition of an en-suite bathroom. It has a small 'Juliet balcony' overlooking the upper garden and pool and beyond to Albania, and a larger patio facing the sea and views of the Albanian and Greek mainlands. From all aspects of this room the views are quite breathtaking.

Below the house is a space which has been set up to be a gym with electrics in place for TV entertainment whilst exercising, and plugs at floor level for gym equipment. The second, very spacious room on this level is intended to be an art gallery. Either of these rooms could be turned into further bedrooms.

The pool is ideally positioned between the two parts of the villa, with ample space for lounging and taking in the views.

Both villas have marble floors, full double glazing, solar heating and energy woodburners, virtually new kitchen appliances including induction stoves, self-cleaning ovens, dishwashers and pull-out garbage bins. High speed (fibre) internet is available throughout. The thick stone walls of both villas ensure that they remain cool in the summer months, but warm and cozy during the winter. Finally, there are two water tanks on the property - one 10m3 above ground tank and one 20m3 below ground which are linked and together supply the whole property.

The enchanting Mediterranean style garden has been designed to need minimum maintenance and little watering. Stone pathways lead down through the olive groves to pretty seating areas and a Boulle pitch.

Part of the attraction of this property is the flexibility it offers – it could be used as one large house, or one used as a private residence and the other as a house for guests, or a house offering lucrative holiday rental income.
