The Team

Emma: "I have been involved in customer service for the vast majority of my working life.

I have spent a lot of time working in housing associations, as well as construction companies. My interest in property began when people close to me began to invest in property and the prospect no longer seemed so daunting. I bought my first Buy to Let property and moved on from there! I love to provide good customer service and as a landlord that means providing clean, safe homes for tenants and making sure I am approachable when they have any concerns or issues. As a letting agent it means making the process as simple and hands-off as possible for the landlord. The experience I have gained as a landlord and a tenant over the years stands me in good stead for this new venture that Craig and I have decided to embark on and I am excited for what lies ahead!"

Craig: "I have worked for twelve years in the Public Sector with extensive experience project managing at a national level, co-ordinating across key partner agencies including the Scottish Government and NHS as well as a background in Building Maintenance with lived experience of the complexities of the private rental sector.
