Good Aspects: The location is excellent. Ancoats has a great selection of restaurants, cafés and bars, while the nearby Northern Quarter offers even more choices along with a range of shops. It’s just a short walk to Market Street and the Arndale Shopping Centre, with everything you need - including public transport links - everything is easily accessible. The convenience of having so much within walking distance is a great aspect of the area. Less Positive Aspects: One drawback is the frequent sound of sirens from emergency services, which is understandable given the proximity to a major road and the realities of living in a city. Parking can also be challenging due to limited car park availability and permit restrictions.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team have genuinely been great from the get-go. They always respond helpfully to any issues or questions, offering advice and support. They make living here much easier and more enjoyable. I can't fault them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lessons were learned, the main one being to use as many deliveries as you can to your benefit to lighten the move-in load.

The area is lovely with lots of nearby amenities, shops, and cafés. Parking can be tricky near the city centre, but overall it’s a convenient, vibrant, and pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

design of living room is bit awkward but overall really good place to make home.

The best aspects the location, very convenient to Northern Quarter, bars, restaurants, supermarkets gyms, and public transport like trams and trains all within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management staff have been great, good communication and are usually present most days for any enquiries.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I moved in the winter and was pleasantly surprised on how warm it is in the months of January

Living in Ancoats is something everyone should do at some point, it's such a vibrate area for young people. It's filled with the perfect actives morning, afternoon and night!

Very quickly, which is very good! When I have put a request in, it gets seen to in 24 hours.

The building’s central location is perfect for convenience, with restaurants, bars, gyms, and transport links all nearby. Buses, trams, and trains make it easy to reach other parts of Manchester—and with my new bike, I can get almost anywhere in 10 minutes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues are raised on the app and the management team responds promptly, often times within the same day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The headboard is fixed and cannot be removed. This means the beds are in a fixed position.
