The Company

Abruzzo Property Italy is a trading entity of Italian Property Services Limited, a UK registered company with offices in both the UK and Italy. Since its incorporation in 2010, the company has been successfully working with clients to help them find their dream properties, mainly in the Italian Regions of Abruzzo and Molise.

As members of the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals), Abruzzo Property Italy has been vetted and approved and has voluntarily committed itself to industry regulation.

We also market property on behalf of private property owners who may wish to deal with us directly for ease of language and locality. One of our local colleagues can visit the property to take photographs and prepare a property description, if required.
