Tourouzelle is 8 kms from Olonzac, which has an excellent selection of amenities (shops, medical centre, supermarkets, DIY store, cafés, restaurants, and its large Tuesday market). It is 5 kms from Homps, by the Canal Du Midi, which has a supermarket, petrol station and several good restaurants.
Lac Jouarres with its non-motorised water-sports facilities , restaurant and grassy picnic area is just on the other side of Homps (7kms)

Narbonne is 24 km, Carcassonne 36 km, Béziers 43 km, the sea 43 km, and Spain 117 km (an hour and 20 minutes).
