Situated on the edge of a small development in a lovely South Norfolk village, you not only have access to some great local countryside and dog walks, but you can also take advantage of the tennis courts, sports field and children's play area associated with the recently build Thorpe Hall community centre to the rear.
On approach, you will find the driveway to the right of the property, providing parking for two or more cars and access to the large (10'1 x 23') garage, which benefits from an electric roller door.
Returning to the front, and beneath cover, the entrance door opens to a spacious and welcoming hallway, off which there is a cloakroom/W.C. a study/playroom, and a utility room with an external door out to the drive. The stylish dual-aspect living room has a full-height window to the front, another window overlooking the rear garden and a striking fireplace with an inset woodburner for you to enjoy cosy evenings. Double doors connect through to the fitted kitchen, so, whether you prefer a kitchen/dining room or a living/dining space, the choice is yours. Glazed double doors open to the patio terrace which is a great space if you like to dine outdoors, but you are also spoiled by having a fabulous raised decked terrace which is perfect for an outdoor sofa or two as well as a dining table.
Moving back indoors, and up to the first floor galleried landing, where you will find four double bedrooms. The principal bedroom benefits from built-in wardrobes and a well-appointed en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has an en-suite, making it ideal for guests, and the remaining two bedrooms are also both doubles (One having a built-in wardrobe). Completing the accommodation is a good-sized family bathroom.
Outside, the rear garden is fully enclosed, with a secure gate to the drive. In addition to the paved patio and the decked terrace previously mentioned, the garden itself is mainly laid to lawn with raised and planted borders.
