Ref. IB 423 - Near Peccioli, the wealthiest municipality in Italy, this charming Liberty-style villa from the mid-19th century, complete with a panoramic pool. With a total area of 400 sqm, the villa spans two levels, offering the following layout: On the ground floor, a fully equipped masonry kitchen with appliances, a utility room, and a living room adorned with an elegant lava stone wood-burning fireplace welcomes you. The living room is surrounded by sofas, armchairs, and satellite TV. Beyond this garden, protected by a tufo wall that ensures absolute privacy, the pool rises in a dominant position, with saltwater (dimensions 12 x 4 x 1.30 meters with a relaxation area with hydromassage). The pool is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and more. This villa has been expertly renovated, preserving its architectural characteristics. Furnished with extreme taste, every detail, including original furnishings from the 19th century, imparts a particular elegance to the villa.
