Constructed during the second half of the 16th century, the residence was passed down by a long line of distinguished aristocratic characters and noble families who have preserved its elegance and magnificence. Important renovations were carried out during the eighteenth century when the central body was adorned with a loggia and five Tuscan arches. Two side wings were also added forming a large courtyard with a grand gate onto the park.

The decorations within the villa are characterized by trompe-l'oeil painted by important eighteenth-century artists, frescoed halls, coffered ceilings decorated in pure gold and large windows which light spaces of incredible beauty.

On the first and second floors of the villa are eight spacious suites, elegantly furnished and refined with period details such as canopy beds, decorated walls and ceilings with exposed beams.

The residence is immersed in a magnificent park of approximately 10 hectares with mature magnolia trees and holm oaks of more than 400 years in age. Through the park runs a natural spring which forms a waterfall adding to the enchanting verdant atmosphere.

There is also a neo-Gothic structure with a turret evoking a medieval fortress. This building was constructed from the original Pisan lookout tower dating back to the 1200s. In addition is a 200 sqm building with two pleasant apartments.
