Placed in a dominant and panoramic position, in the most beautiful valley of the Valdinievole, above the renowned center of Mounsummano Terme, it is possible to enjoy from all the rooms and from the garden of the villa a fantastic view that spans six Tuscan provinces, until reaching the Abetone and the towers of San Gimignano.

The total area of the residence is 190 square meters on two levels.

On the ground floor is the main entrance, the living room and the dining room with a kitchen opening onto the garden, the laundry room with a service bathroom and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, equipped with arches that frame a breathtaking panorama and a room warehouse with independent entrance. On the first floor, is two bedrooms with en suite bathroom, hallway and master bedroom with wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Monsummano is known for its precious thermal springs, fed by warm waters that allow beneficial and relaxing baths. The peculiarity that distinguishes this place of relaxation is the ?grotta Giusti?, an underground tunnel kept in a secular park, defined by Giuseppe Verdi as the eighth wonder of the world. Much loved by the Medici, Monsummano, it was the favorite place for their hunting expeditions and the patrician residences we see today date back to that period. Climbing up here is a must if you want to admire a view that embraces the whole valley.
