Owners message
We love our house for many reasons. It's been home to our family for nearly 15 years who have all benefited from going to the incredibly brilliant APS school across the road. All 3 of our kids have come out with a love for education and great grades with two now at university.
Our house is also in viewing distance to the fireworks on Ally Pally and a myriad of brilliant events from gigs to theatre.
The house itself has an open plan kitchen area that's great for a family and for entertaining - beautifully appointed by a great local carpenter.
My wife and I have a lovely attic room at the top - an oasis for a peaceful escape. Our front room is finished with a projector and pull-down screens as we all love watching movies.
The garden isn't massive but we planted lots of shrubs and bulbs so there is always something to look at. And across the road is the most friendly well stocked Garden centre - if you like that sort of thing.
Our neighbours are a dream and can and have been called on to pet and baby sit over the years. They are kind and friendly. We have the ubiquitous neigbourhood Watsapp group too in case of any council issues we can collectively fight or just swap news of Virgin wifi speeds!
We are moving to be closer to the tube and want a larger garden. Plus, we don't have to be in the catchment area anymore and only have one child at home now.
