The village is located inside of Stara Planina, 25 minutes from the town of Veliko Tarnovo. A typical Balkan village with a good infrastructure for its terrain with an asphalt road and access to most properties. The village becomes a permanent residence, as well as many people use it as a place for recreation and rest. Nearby is the village of Voneshta Voda, which has two shops and a mineral spring and a rest station with medicinal water. Its infrastructure is very good. There is good internet.
The house is two stories high, built from stone and brick. Its living area is 80 sq.m. The first floor is entirely a basement, with one brick wall that could be fitted with large panoramic windows, transforming it into a beautiful living room. The second floor consists of two large rooms and one smaller one. One of the rooms has a sink, as there is no water supply to the house, but a water pipeline and stream run about 100 meters from it, making it easy to install a hydrophore system and have access to free water in the future. The rooms on the second floor could be converted into two separate rooms with independent entrances, as well as a bathroom and toilet. There's also the possibility of adding an internal staircase. The roof is in very good condition. Beside the house, there is a lovely stone shelter, which can be transformed into a relaxation area with a barbecue and stunning views.
The house is situated in the middle of a 1,500 sq.m. yard with a slight slope. The property is partially fenced, but a new fence is needed. In the garden, there is a two-story barn in good condition, with the first floor made entirely of stone. The roof is also in good condition, and the barn could be converted into a studio. The property is 50 meters away from the asphalt road, accessible by a rural grassy path that can be covered with gravel.
