KNOWLE SANDS CARAVAN TENANTS ASSOCIATION (KSCTA)
The Association known as KACTA is a group of people who by once becoming a member of the Association you will own a 1/36th share of the land that KSCTA sits upon

To become a member of the Association upon purchase of the property you are buying, you will be asked to pay £100 as a membership joining fee to the Association which in turn then allows you to keep your mobile home on the land belonging to the Association.

The land belonging to KSCTA is held in trust by four of the members of the Association and only their names are registered with the Land Registry. Your name will not appear on the Land Registry as owning your plot, you do not own the land your mobile is stationed on.

There are a set of Site Rules which members are asked to agree to upon purchase of the park home.

Electricity is paid for by the site every month by direct debit. Member's meters are then read every month and members are asked to pay the bill back to the Association at the same cost that the Association has paid for it.
