A traffic-free path/cycle track runs along the river from Twickenham to Richmond, with a ferry across to Ham Common. Bushy Park and Richmond Park are both nearby. Strawberry Hill station is within half a mile and has a regular service to and from London Waterloo (approximately 78 trains a day) ranging from 28 to 50 minutes journey time, depending on route. Twickenham and Teddington high streets are equidistant both offering independent shops, wine bars, restaurants and additional railway stations.
