The estate benefits from good transport links with the A47 being 1 mile to the south of the property that leads to the A1 in the west and Kings Lynn in the east, while the A16 lies 1 mile to the north. Peterborough train station lies 6 miles from the farm where there are regular trains running from Peterborough to London (Kings Cross), with the fastest trains taking approximately 50 minutes.
