The property occupies the southern part of a building with two apartments. With the northern property they share only one common yard. The old stone building is located on a plot of 232 m² and the apartment that is available for sale has a large part of the courtyard in its exclusive use. The building is renovated and has interesting traditional elements while it is oriented to the southwest and offers beautiful views towards the ridge of the White Mountains.

The main entrance opens onto the living room of the residence with its impressive high ceiling, on which the original wooden lining with handmade decoration has been preserved. The rest of the spaces are separated into the traditional "anoi" and "katoi" with some steps going up a little higher or down, respectively. The upper level is two-roomed and includes a bedroom as well as an area that can be used as an office or guest accommodation. There is also an exit to a balcony of about 13 m². On the lower level we find the kitchen, the bathroom as well as a room that can be used for multiple purposes, which is currently configured as a sitting area but can become a second bedroom. In this space we find a traditional wood oven as well as an underground wine cellar with a trap-door.

The area attracts several tourists during the summer months while at the same time the village has an original, traditional character and is very quiet and picturesque. In nearby Vamos there are a bank, a supermarket and other shops. The beaches of Georgioupolis and Kalyves, which have facilities, are 20 minutes' drive, the city of Chania about 40 minutes and the airport 50 minutes.
