Method Of Sale

Charvene is offered for sale by Formal Tender (unless sold prior). All tenders must be submitted to The Old Bakery, Yealmpton in an envelope clearly marked ‘Charvene’.

Buyers who wish to submit a tender will be required to sign a legal contract, available from the solicitor acting for the seller and provide a deposit equivalent to 10% of their offer price as their tender. If either of these two component parts are not submitted, their tender risks being declined.

Moreover, the successful purchaser will be liable to pay the sum of £1,500 + VAT as an administration fee in addition to their tender.

Situation

Heybrook Bay is a small sea-front village with a real sense of community. Beach Road is a private, no through road, 16m above sea level, serving only a handful of properties that enjoy direct sea views, in the waterside community of Heybrook Bay. Situated on the South West coastal path, in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there is direct access to the water and at low tide, quiet sandy coves are accessible. At Mountbatten watersports centre, there are opportunities for sailing, kayaking, diving and stand up paddle boarding. The city centre of the historic waterfront city of Plymouth is 6.5 miles and offers a range of department stores, banks, cafés, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, main line train station, international ferry port, marinas and a major hospital.
