Beautiful mountain house, located within the urban area of Vilaflor, built in 1939 and completely renovated in 2003, maintaining its original charm with a rigorous choice of the best quality noble materials and period furniture.

The town of Vilaflor is located at 1400 m above sea level and 30 minutes by car from Los Cristianos. It is well served with all the necessary basic services and with the offer of local gastronomy.

Entering the house, the visitor finds a high hall made of stone and wood where a warm and welcoming atmosphere is breathed. From there, we can see the rooms on the ground floor and on the left, following the wooden and wrought iron staircase, the rest on the upper floor with its majestic solid wood ceiling. The upper floor has a large open-plan living room with a fireplace, with the office area on one side facing the street and the living area on the other, with views of the fields and mountains in the distance. On this floor there is a master bedroom with the same views, a large bathroom and a dressing room.

Going down from the hall we find on the right hand side a bedroom with a full bathroom and on the left, another large living room with a dining room, fireplace and a modern kitchen that maintains its rustic appearance and includes the antique oven. 

Leaving towards the terrace we find the pantry with the 100 l capacity electric water heater and a nice cellar next to it.

The house has 2 large terraces equipped with a conventional oven, a wood-fired oven and a barbecue to enjoy food outdoors. Attached to the house, we find the laundry room with a storage room where the large boiler that produces hot water for heating for the entire house is located.

Going down to the lower terrace we find the stone wall with the waterfall and nice garden (it is possible to make a swimming pool there) with rose bushes and lily pots with automatic irrigation installed and also a bungalow with a bedroom and a bathroom. There is a pump room and an underground tank with 10,000 l of rainwater for irrigation.

Going down the stone walkway we enter the fields, towards the two plots for agricultural use, currently with fruit trees and about 15 almond trees that are sold together with the house.

Another singularity of the house is its rich lighting inside and outside, along the terraces and the walkway.
