Golf del Sur is a quiet area with a large selection of international bars and easy access from the South Airport. It is a very green area with large parks and well-kept areas. 50% of the Golf del Sur district is occupied by the large Golf Course, a tourist attraction for sportsmen from all over Europe to which it owes its name.

Both bedrooms open onto the terrace. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double shower, accessed through a hand-painted Western style door. Another bathroom with shower, and a fitted kitchen will delight the most demanding guests. In the living room and in both bedrooms there are air conditioning units so that each member of the family has the atmosphere that they enjoy the most.


Newly incorporated awnings give privacy and allow us to adapt to the needs of each day, to make the outdoor space as pleasant as possible, to which is added a barbecue designed to share with friends, and a large storage room.
