The location is extremely picturesque and the property is situated in a verdant area on the edge of the village. The village has about 200 registered permanent residents, who live in its center and in three more scattered beautiful neighborhoods within a short radius. It is on the way of those who go to Elafonisi, following the road that continues along the western coastline of the island. Therefore, in the village there are 1-2 small guesthouses, a traditional cafe and two taverns. The village also has its own beach, which is about 10 minutes' drive away while within 15 minutes you can go further north to the picturesque beach of Sfinari or further south to the beaches of Livadia and Stomio. If you are looking for something more exciting, then the famous Elafonisi and Kedrodasos are about 30 minutes' drive from the property. In Sfinari you will also find some shops for your basic daily needs while for everything else you can go to Platanos in 35 minutes' drive or to the small town of Kissamos in about 45 minutes. The city center of Chania is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes away.

The ground floor consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen, one of the bedrooms with its own en-suite bathroom as well as a second, main bathroom of the house. An internal staircase leads to the two large bedrooms of the floor, which are connected separately to the upper terrace. The old, stone house between 2009-2011 was completely restored and expanded on the floor, so that today we have a functional result. The location is suitable for holiday or tourist use and the sale price includes all the existing furniture and the electrical appliances.
