The property has a strong traditional Greek character. However, it has been constructed only recently and is a modern building. It is a fully functional windmill, which was designed for residential use and is currently rented out for tourist purposes. At the edge of the plot there is a high wall and therefore you will have complete privacy. At the front of the building we find a private swimming pool, built barbecue and a good-sized yard where, among other things, you can park your car.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood just outside the village, the center of which is about 800 m away. There you will find cafes, mini markets and taverns that remain open all year round. It also has several permanent residents. The road that leads to Elafonisi passes very close to the point and therefore the location is ideal for excursions to the beaches of Kissamos while at the same time it is not cut off from the amenities of the area. The nearby Kissamos has banks, a wonderful beach with facilities and all kinds of shops and services. The nearby beach has several areas with facilities but remains quiet even in the peak of the tourist season. The city and airport of Chania are approximately 35 and 45 minutes' drive, respectively.
