The villa has been built on a hillside with a southeast orientation, from where it offers unique views to the sea but also to the White Mountains on the south side. The plot of the house has two opposite frontages at its lowest and highest level. The residence is located at the highest point while in the rest of the area there are 20 mature and productive olive trees, which are enough for the annual needs for olive oil of an average family. At the front of the house there are a garden with grass and a good-sized parking space while at the back side is the 30 m² swimming pool, which has good privacy.

The spot is surrounded mainly by olive groves. The nearby coastal villages of Stalos and Agia Marina have many more places for lunch, big supermarkets that are open all year round, pharmacies, bakeries and many shops and services, all within 5 to 10 minutes' drive from the house. The long beach of the area is famous for its golden sand and luxurious beach bars. The spot is ideal if you are looking for a luxury residence close to the city and facilities but also in direct contact with nature. The city center of Chania and the airport are approximately 20 and 30 minutes' drive, respectively.
