A picturesque cobbled alley leads to the property while a few meters away there is a space, where you can park your vehicle. At the frontage of the building we find a big plane tree that provides shade and creates a cool environment up to the terrace of the upper floor. From the cobbled alley we enter directly into the guest house on the ground floor, the previous use of which was an olive oil factory while an external staircase leads separately to the upper floor. The kitchen has, among other things, a fully functional wood-burning oven of impressive construction. From the kitchen we go to the last bedroom of the residence, which also has its own bathroom.
The back side of the house faces a second courtyard with complete privacy and full of flowers. From here, we go a little higher to the last part of the building that is not configured, which can become a beautiful two-bedroom apartment with a large yard. An external staircase leads to an unexpected "hidden" garden, on a level of the plot slightly higher and behind the residence. This space has been designed in order to offer privacy, views and several areas suitable for relaxation under the shade or the hot summer sun all day long. Here, you will find enough fruit trees, olive trees, space to create a small vegetable garden as well as a storehouse for garden tools.

Within a radius of up to 10 minutes' drive, you will find countless beautiful villages that are worth exploring as well as the lesser known beach of Stomio, which is pebbly and great for enjoying the sunset. The famous Elafonisi is about 20 minutes' drive away. Within 5 minutes are the villages of Elos and Kefali, which have a bakery, pharmacy and many taverns with traditional cuisine. For anything else, the small town of Kissamos, which has all kinds of shops and services, is about 45 minutes' drive away. The city center of Chania is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes' drive away.
