Woodland Mews is a group of around 20 properties at the top of the Green Lane Estate. This property is approached via a private driveway with visitor parking and is the last of the mews. There is an under-croft through which you drive to go to your garage. Directly opposite the property is a pleasant area of lawn where chairs and tables are set out for residents to gather. Behind this is a small area of woodland. The whole estate is punctuated with areas of woodland and paths for walking. At the top of the road is a bus stop into the town which then goes on to either Tunbridge Wells or Eastbourne. Within a short walk is a pub and chinese take away. Further down the hill is Waitrose and then into the High Street which does have a good range of shops, cafes, doctors, dentists and medical facilities and two churches. Take the next turning on the left into Woodland Mews and Elm Way. Take the next left into the driveway for Woodland Mews and use the visitor parking. The house is on the left just before the under-croft.
