11 Month fixed term tenancy

Your nominated lead tenant will be required to make a single online application providing details of all proposed tenants, and guarantor details. Once the application is made our website will immediately show the property as "Let Agreed" to avoid further applications. The final stage will be the payment of the holding deposit of £100 per person. (E.g. £500 for a 5 bedroom house). Although it will immediately be displayed as “Let Agreed" on our website the property is only secured after payment of the holding deposit is made. This payment will be transferred and set against your deposit once the agreement has been signed. If you withdraw your application, you will forfeit the holding deposit paid.
