The living accommodation is well-proportioned and arranged over two levels comprising entrance hall, kitchen, two spacious reception rooms a conservatory and a bathroom on the ground floor, three good sized bedrooms and an en suite shower room on the first floor. Far reaching views are enjoyed from both bedrooms one and two to the rear elevation.

The majority of the garden is bordered on both sides by panel fencing and mature borders with trees and shrubs including a variety of apple, pear, plumb and cherry trees. A gate at the end of the garden gives access into a wooded area and on to Weir Quay with it's boat yard and riverside walks.
