Description

Vendor Comment: '"When we moved here we never expected to meet such incredible neighbours. The sense of community is truly alive! We have a group chat which is very active, and we have seen people share everything from belts to match their outfit for a ball, to lawnmower, to food, and any other necessities. Many of our lovely neighbour’s dog sit each other's dogs, and help to babysit children. We regularly get together and there are people of all ages and career paths. We have a baby and it was incredibly handy to have several paediatricians on the estate. Some even came and checked up on our baby when they knew she was unwell!

Other neighbours offered us camp beds, food, pots, and pans when we recently arrived to finish the house before putting it up for sale with Howard. The house was already empty, so their help was incredibly helpful to survive these couple of days there. We can continue with the beautiful stories about our little community on Shepherd Close. But we will leave it for the new owners to find out and be pleasantly surprised on their own. In short, we have never experienced this kind of group of people that become family after such a short time of knowing each other before. This truly made us sad about leaving the place. The location is also brilliant, walking distance to big Sainsburys, Lidl, Aldi, Asda, costa, Starbucks, etc. Also very close to the train station (6 min drive!). I used to work in London, and it would take about 1hr 15 mins door to door. Finally, the house is lovely and quiet, and the same size as a three bed, but for the price of a two bed!. Keeps its temperature extremely well, cool in the summer, and cheap to heat in the winter."
