The Delta Countryside is one of our most Luxurious Lodges, situated in our Exclusive River View Development.

This Double lodge is comes with an already fitted UPVC and Glass wrap around decking to sit and watch the wildlife that Lowther is blessed with.

On entering the Delta Countryside you walk into a large spacious lightly decorated Porch/ Utility with lots of storage space, worktop, washer / dryer and tall standing cupboard.

Passing through the porch way you enter the main living area with opens out into a huge living area, open plan kitchen dining area. The Living area is again decorated with a light neutral country feel with a 2 and 3 seater, coffee table, Tv unit, fire and fireplace and all fixtures and fittings. The Living area also has a sliding front door which opens out onto the the large decking.

The Kitchen is modern and stylish, with white units and wood worktops, wine rack, Oven, Grille and Hob and Overhead Extractor fan. It also has an island to maximize cupboard and workspace. The Kitchen also comes with integrated, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

The dining area at the foot of the Kitchen is furnished with a cottage type Dining table and 6 chairs for the family to sit around and enjoy their meals together.

There is a family bathroom which includes, full sized bath, sink with storage below and toilet.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a double bed with stylish headboard, Wooden over head and bedside storage, a large walk in wardrobe to maximize space and an en-suite with shower, toilet and sink.

The twin room has 2 single beds, stylish head boards, bedside table and a walk in wardrobe with carried on through to the main bath room making both rooms en-suite.
