    It’s a 15 min walk from town so extremely close to any bars, shops and parks, parking is amazing and there’s barely any traffic noise

    It's amazing. In terms of this survey for what can be improved... nothing. It's not in the most nicest historical part of Bath which is no fault of anyone working here. Beyond that it's amazing. Great building. Nice furniture and appliances. The staff are amazing! Giving dog gifts, planning and hosting events. Love it.

    So far no problems but they answer questions and respond immediately.

    Nothing. I knew everything before moving in. All was explained and shown to us prior to moving in

    The road next to the apartments can get busy, but the windows shut out any noise really well. There's a bus stop right next to the building which is super handy!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I wanted to add a parking space a little while after moving in, and the team were great in sorting this out for me.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I didn't realise to begin with that visitors to Spring Wharf are also able to park, I just needed to let the team know my friend was parking for the day.

    The building management responded quickly to my issue about the kitchen water tap, resolving it within a day. Their prompt attention and effective communication made the process seamless, reflecting their commitment to resident satisfaction. I appreciate their proactive approach to maintenance and support.

    One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the ease of access to local amenities. While I was aware of nearby shops and restaurants, I didn’t realize just how convenient everything would be. Having grocery stores, cafés, and parks within walking distance has made life here much more enjoyable and convenient!

    Supermarkets and shops with bus stops close. Traffic noise and construction during the day but that stops during the night.

    I wish I knew what furniture would be included with the apartment. The furniture included is ejough but I wish I knew what I needed to provide myself.
