Unit 14, The Oak Trees Business Park, The Courtyard, Orbital Park, Ashford, TN24 0SY

Sibley Pares (Taylor Riley) Ltd.are well established in the Ashford and Kent commercial property market, we are very active in the sales and lettings market, winning awards in recent years.

We feel we can "add value" to your property project, by melding our knowledge of the local area, with an awareness of demand & supply and an indepth knowledge of the commercial building stock.

There is an odds on chance that we have knowledge, sometimes indepth knowledge, of the building/site you are looking at, a phone call is all it takes to make sure the facts you have are correct!

Our History

The firm was founded in 1987 in Ashford as Taylor Riley a partnership, by Michael Taylor and Peter Riley at 67 High Street. At that time the property services included residential agency and in the 1990’s they were heavily involved acting for the property arm of the Channel Tunnel High Speed Rail Link selling off surplus properties acquired prior to the construction of the line. With the completion of that contract the firm decided to focus on their expanding commercial agency business, professional services and property management.. In November 2016 the company moved into a new and exciting phase of development by joining forces with Sibley Pares Chartered Surveyors a well established and successful firm of Chartered Surveyors and residential and commercial estate agents based in Maidstone. In February 2017 the firm began trading under the name of Sibley Pares (Taylor Riley) Ltd.

Our Future

Our aim is to provide our clients with the information and services that they require, in a comprehensive and professional manner, whilst at the same time growing the company, to permit more clients to benefit from our services, throughout this part of Kent.
