OWNERS INSIGHT

"Despite living in our apartment for just over a year we have enjoyed the quiet location. The flat is a warm place to live in and we have only had to use the heater in the hallway which heats the whole apartment. We get on very well with our neighbours on either side and opposite. Unfortunately Long Covid has affected my wife's health so we have decided to move closer to her daughter. We have enjoyed walks to Cary Park and Babbacombe Downs and found the area to be a pleasant place to live."
