When you enter from the street through the front door, you come into the hall (approx 5m²) with the stairs to the first floor. Upstairs there are two big bedrooms (approx.20.5m² and 18.5 m²)and they both have French windows leading out on to two roof terraces on the south side of the house, overlooking the back garden. The larger bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with an Italian shower, a basin and loo.

There is also an attic (approx. 27m²) which has low beams, but despite this it would be possible to create a gorgeous third bedroom, or just clean it and use it as a fun dormitory for grandchildren.
