Great location within Resort - very close to the large Spar supermarket, Tennis Club and large outdoor gym, and the bars and restaurants of 'El Boulevard'.
The fantastic large terrace is West facing with beautiful views out to the Nicklaus Golf Course with pool just visible to the left of the large terrace. The orientation means you will get afternoon/evening sun, especially in the Winter months when the sun is lowest.

The Resort itself is fantastic with the 5* Ona Hotel taking centre stage. You also have access to various bars/restaurants both within the resort and on the perimeter ('El Boulevard'). It is situated within 20 minutes of Murcia International Airport and 10 minutes from the beaches of Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor.
When entering the apartment you have a large open plan kitchen to the right, with the good sized lounge directly in front of you. This lead directly to the large terrace.
A small hallway to the right leads you to both bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is to the right and also has it's own private terrace looking out from the entrance side of the building. There is a bathoom in between both bedrooms with shower enclosure.
The master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom is to the left of the hallway and also has direct access to the large terrace.
