All villas have 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private boathouse and garage. The villas will all be BENG (Almost Energy Neutral Built) and will receive at least an A+++ label. Each buyer will have an additional 10 hours to work with the architect to ensure that the villa fully meets their personal requirements.
